  • The pictures below are from an addition we finished a while ago. I’m always behind on posting completed projects. This was a 1200 square foot addition. We removed the roof from an existing addition and added a second floor and a lot more. KLS would be happy to help design an addition to meet your needs.

    I dig a hole beside the rock and rolled it in. This got it below grade and saved the homeowner money not having to break it or haul it out.

    The whole addition was spray foamed. The homeowner says it is only costing about $60 a month for electric during the winter to run the addition.
